How Renting Works

Reserve the right equipment online in minutes, then pick it up or have it delivered to your job site. Here’s the whole process, start to finish.

1

Find your equipment

Browse by category or search for what you need. Choose your store so we can show your local rates and live availability.

2

Check your dates

Pick your rental window and see exactly how many units are available at each location — in real time — before you commit.

3

Reserve online

Choose your rental period — by the day, week, or month — and create a quick account. First-time renters complete a one-time, ~2-minute ID check; it protects your account and is standard for equipment rental.

4

Pick up or get it delivered

Pickup: pay online to lock in your reservation, then bring your ID and the card you used. Delivery:tell us your job site and we’ll confirm timing and cost with a quick call.

5

Put it to work

The optional Equipment Protection Plan is a damage waiver you can add at checkout — it’s not insurance. If you accept it and promptly report any accident, Aaction waives certain claims against you for accidental physical damage to the equipment while it’s in use (fire, flood, wind, and accidental damage). It doesn’t cover everything — see the rental terms for exclusions. Safety and operating information comes with every machine.

6

Return it

Bring it back to the same location by your return time. That’s it — no surprises.

Frequently asked

Common Questions

Do I need an account to rent equipment?

Yes — you create a quick account when you reserve online. First-time renters also complete a one-time, roughly two-minute ID check that protects your account. Business customers can apply for an account and be billed directly instead of paying by card at checkout.

Can I rent by the day, week, or month?

Yes. Every item can be rented by the day, the week, or the month. You pick your rental window during checkout and see your local rate and live availability before you commit.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my equipment?

Bring a valid photo ID and the payment card you used to reserve online. For towable equipment you'll need a properly rated truck and trailer — or choose delivery and we'll bring it to your job site.

How does delivery work?

Choose delivery at checkout and tell us your job-site address. We'll confirm the timing and delivery cost with a quick call, then deliver the equipment to you.

What is the Equipment Protection Plan?

The Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) is optional, and it's a damage waiver — not insurance. If you accept it at checkout and promptly report any accident (with a police report where applicable), Aaction Rents waives certain claims against you for direct physical damage to the equipment while it's in use — for example fire, flood, wind, earthquake, and accidental damage. It does not cover everything: exclusions include theft or equipment that isn't returned, overturning, improper use, misuse or failure to maintain, unsecured transport, tire and wheel damage, vandalism, and any use that violates the rental agreement or the law. You can decline it at checkout. See the Equipment Protection Plan section of our rental terms for full details.
