1Scope
This policy explains what information Aaction Rents collects when you contact our after-hours phone line at +1 (707) 723-9070 by SMS, MMS, or voice, and how we use it.
2What We Collect
- Your phone number, supplied by your carrier when you initiate a call or text.
- The content of your messages and any images (MMS) you choose to send.
- For voice calls: a real-time transcript produced by speech-to-text. Voice audio is not retained except as briefly buffered for transcription.
- Your name, callback number, branch, equipment details, and other information you choose to share for the purpose of routing your request.
3How We Use It
- To answer your inquiry and route it to the appropriate Aaction Rents staff member (sales, dispatch, billing, or service).
- To diagnose equipment issues you report, including reviewing photos you send.
- To follow up by phone, text, or email with the information or service you requested.
- To maintain an internal record of customer interactions for service quality and continuity.

Message Frequency
Varies based on your interaction. A typical exchange consists of 3–10 messages per conversation.
Message & Data Rates
May apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier.
No Marketing Use
Your mobile number is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use the following providers to operate the after-hours line. Each receives only the minimum information needed to perform its function:

7Retention
Call transcripts and SMS conversations are retained for up to 12 months for service-quality and follow-up purposes, then deleted unless required by law or related to an active rental account.
8Your Choices
Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of further automated SMS replies. We will not send further SMS to that number.
Reply HELP to any SMS to receive contact information for live assistance.
Email info@aactionrents.com to request deletion of your interaction records, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
