The Aaction Rents Customer Care SMS program provides automated text-message responses to customers who contact the company's after-hours phone line at +1 (707) 723-9070. The program supports troubleshooting of broken or malfunctioning rented equipment (including review of photos you send), confirmation of callback requests, scheduling of pickups, and routing of new rental inquiries and billing questions to the appropriate Aaction Rents team member.
3How You Opt In
You opt in by texting our number at +1 (707) 723-9070 or by giving consent during a voice call to that number. By initiating contact, you authorize Aaction Rents to send automated SMS replies for the duration of that conversation and any follow-up necessary to fulfill your request.
4Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on your interaction. A typical exchange consists of 3–10 messages over the course of a single conversation. Aaction Rents does not send unsolicited or recurring marketing messages.
5Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The rates and any charges associated with sending or receiving SMS or MMS depend on your wireless plan and carrier. Aaction Rents is not responsible for these charges.
6Carriers
This program is supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7Help & Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages from this program, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further automated SMS from Aaction Rents.
